Subic EnerZone continues to prove that its role in the community goes far beyond powering homes and businesses. On October 9, as one of the key partners in the 47th Anniversary and 3rd Mangrove Propagation event of the Central Luzon Media Association - Zambales/Olongapo City Chapter, SEZ actively supported local environmental protection initiatives within its franchise area by helping plant 200 mangroves on a one-hectare plot of land dedicated to stakeholders.

Held at the Binictican Mangrove area within the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, the event became a meaningful avenue for Subic EnerZone employees to roll up their sleeves and take action—planting young mangrove propagules that will grow to protect coastlines, capture carbon, and nurture marine ecosystems. This hands-on involvement reflects Subic EnerZone’s core commitment to empowering communities and sustaining the environment.
Through this partnership with CLMA-ZO, we are helping strengthen Subic Bay’s natural defenses and secure a greener tomorrow.
Subic EnerZone stands as a committed partner in driving environmental action and ensuring the long-term well-being of the Subic Bay community.
