Net Metering - Malvar:
Empowering You to Generate and Save Energy

Net Metering Program empowers you to harness renewable energy—like solar power—for your own use and export excess to the grid. Enjoy savings, sustainability, and energy independence, guided by the Amended Net Metering Rules of 2025 as provided by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC). Apply today and start powering your future.

What is Net Metering?

A system where customers can produce their own renewable energy and connect it to Enerzone’s Distribution Grid. Consumers are billed only for their net energy consumption—the difference between what they import from and export to the grid.

Who Can Avail?

Qualified Enerzone customers with good credit standing who plan to install renewable energy systems up to 100 kW using Solar.

Hosting Capabilities in a Typical Distribution Transformer (kWac) for Malvar Enerzone

This table provides a guide to the aggregate maximum allowable capacity for renewable energy systems, such as solar PV, on single-phase distribution transformers within the Malvar Enerzone franchise areas. This represents the system's Hosting Capacity in kWac (kiloWatts Alternating Current).

The table is for initial guidance only. Actual system conditions and final assessments will be determined by the Distribution Utility upon a detailed technical evaluation, which includes the Distribution Impact Study (DIS), to ensure the safe and reliable accommodation of your proposed interconnection to the distribution network.
