The EnerZone Group (EnerZones) is composed of five privately-owned distribution utilities that power the communities and businesses in Subic, Balamban, Mactan, Lima, and Malvar.

Subic EnerZone operates the distribution systems of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, covering Zambales and Bataan.

Mactan Enerzone was incorporated in February 2007 when AboitizLand spun off the power distribution system of its Mactan Economic Zone II (MEZ II). It is located in Basak, Lapu-lapu City, Cebu.

Balamban Enerzonewas incorporated in February 2007 when Cebu Industrial Park Developers, Inc. (CIPDI), a joint venture between AboitizLand and Tsuneishi Holdings (Cebu), Inc. (THC), spun off the power distribution system of the West Cebu Industrial Park – Special Economic Zone (WCIP-SEZ). It is located in Buanoy, Balamban, Cebu.

Lima EnerZone operates the distribution system of Lima Technology Center, a mixed-use development spanning portions of Lipa and Malvar in Batangas, Philippines, and recognized as a special economic zone.

Malvar EnerZone operates the distribution system of Light Industry & Science Park (LISP) IV, a 212-hectare park in Malvar, Batangas. LISP IV is part of Malvar Cybergreen, a mixed-use development that includes commercial, institutional, and residential components.
