New Connection Requirements

Comply with the requirements (proof of ownership, valid ID, electrical plan, letter of intent, etc.)

Conduct site inspection ( to be conducted by SEZ’s Distribution Engineer)

Hire an electrician or licensed electrical engineer to prepare the standard metering setup. (The design for the standard metering setup will be provided by SEZ's Distribution Engineer.)

Secure Electrical Permit/Endorsement letter to energized from the SBMA Building Permit and Safety Department (BPSD).

Pay a bill deposit equivalent to your one-month estimated bill amount. The computation will be based on the applied load indicated on the customer’s electrical plan.

Signing of Electric Service Agreement.

After the completion of payment and the signing of the Electric Service Agreement, the meter installation and line energization will be carried out within 2-3 working days.
