Where: Subic Bay Gateway Park Phase 1.
Why: This is necessary to safely facilitate the troubleshooting of the Power Transformer On-load Tap Changer (OLTC) Controller and rehabilitation of the 13.8kV Main and F2B Medium Voltage Switchgear (MVSG) at SBIP Substation.
