Reversion of Billing Schedule FAQs


What is the change in the billing schedule?

The billing schedule is reverting to its previous cycle. The billing dates will be adjusted from the 14th–16th of the month back to the 5th–7th of the month. Correspondingly, the due date for payment will revert from the 23rd–25th of the month back to the 14th–16th of the month.


When will the new billing schedule take effect?

The change will be effective with the January 2026 billing period


What are the reverted billing and due dates?

Billing Dates will be adjusted back to the 5th–7th of each month. Payment Due Dates will revert to the 14th–16th of each month.


Why are you reverting to the old billing cycle?

This adjustment is being implemented to better align bill delivery and payment due dates with your financial planning cycles, address recent customer feedback, and further streamline our operational processes to serve you better.


Will this change affect the amount of my electric bill?

No, there will be no impact on the billing amount. We will be using the same covered period for your electric consumption; we are only changing the bill delivery date and the due date for payment.
