Electrical Engineering students from the University of Batangas attended a Field Trip Orientation by Subic EnerZone and SBMA Tourism on April 21 to gain industry insights and inspire career aspirations.

Subic EnerZone (SEZ) hosted a Field Trip Orientation for Electrical Engineering students from the University of Batangas, in collaboration with SBMA Tourism. The event provided students with a comprehensive introduction to the  industry, aiming to offer practical insights and stimulate career aspirations on April 21.



The tour opened with a strong focus on Safety, emphasizing how critical safety protocols ensure operational success and protect communities. Students then got a glimpse of Life at EnerZone, learning about the company's culture of teamwork, innovation, and community service.


Electrical engineers from Subic EnerZone led the technical sessions which covered metering and line operations, system operation and substation management, and transmission and distribution operations.




Finally, through the Talent Attraction and Retention, students discovered exciting career paths waiting for them at EnerZone. Promoting a place where passion, skills, and innovation are nurtured for a brighter future.
