Key Transition Details:

• System Transition Period: Our systems will undergo a scheduled transition from August 3 to August 9, 2026. During this window, digital systems will be temporarily restricted, but our team will continue to handle service requests and manual operations to ensure uninterrupted support.

• Individual Customer Letters: Detailed information regarding updates to your account (including account number updates and specific next steps) will be sent to each customer via an official letter.
