EnerZones recently brought its HR Caravan to Tapinac Senior High School with a clear mission — to spark inspiration, share opportunities, and introduce the AboitizPower Distribution Unit (AP DU) Scholarship Program to aspiring Grade 12 students who dream of becoming future Electrical Engineers.

Jake Rallos, Talent Attraction and Retention Specialist of the EnerZone Group, spearheaded the session by presenting the objectives of the AP DU Scholarship Program. He explained how the program is designed to support students with the passion and potential to pursue a career in Electrical Engineering. His message to the students was clear and compelling: “Ang gagawin mo na lang ay mag-aral.”

The event also featured a motivational talk from Engr. Jerry James Villarva, SHES Manager at EnerZone Group, who shared his inspiring journey from student life to becoming an electrical engineer and now a leader in a dynamic industry. He encouraged the students to believe in themselves and their goals, emphasizing that hard work, resilience, and the right support can pave the way to a successful and electrifying future.

EnerZone remains committed to fostering local talent and strengthening community partnerships through education and empowerment, as demonstrated by this initiative.

Programs like this are how EnerZone empowers growth: by investing in young minds, powering the future of Electrical Engineers in the country, and helping build a brighter tomorrow.
