EnerZones (EnerZone Group) successfully conducted a People Handling Skills Training for team leaders on June 10–11, 2025. This initiative, facilitated by Anna R. Grape from Guthrie Jensen Consulting, aligns with our commitment to fostering high-performing teams and a culture of mutual respect and growth.

Empowering Leadership: EnerZone Conducts People Handling Skills Training 💡

This training program was developed to strengthen crucial interpersonal and leadership skills. It enables leaders to cultivate meaningful team connections, fostering trust, empathy, and open communication. The program also equips leaders to respectfully manage conflicts with emotional intelligence, deliver empowering feedback, and encourage accountability and engagement. By developing these people-first capabilities, our goal is to cultivate leaders who champion both individual and organizational success.

The two-day session provided a comprehensive learning experience through interactive modules and real-world simulations, focusing on key areas such as:

  • Behavioral Styles: Understanding and adapting to diverse personalities.

  • Emotional Intelligence: Effectively managing reactions and cultivating empathy.

  • Giving & Receiving Feedback: Fostering growth through effective communication.

  • Conflict Resolution: Employing tools for constructive dialogue.

  • Coaching Conversations: Building trust through consistent and meaningful check-ins.

The program incorporated various activities, including case studies, breakout discussions, self-assessments, and live role-playing exercises.
