At EnerZones, we believe that knowledge is the first line of defense in safety. To strengthen our workforce’s preparedness, the SHES Department, in partnership with Innogy Solutions Inc., conducted a 2-day Chemical Emergency Response Training for our employees.

The training was designed to enhance participants’ understanding of chemical hazards, their characteristics, and effective emergency response strategies. Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, employees learned how to recognize hazards, apply safety considerations, and properly execute PPE decontamination procedures.

A highlight of the program was the hands-on drill in donning Level B/C PPE, giving employees direct experience in using protective equipment essential for chemical emergencies.

This initiative reflects our commitment to building a culture of safety at EnerZones—where every employee is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to respond effectively in chemical emergencies.
