Apply for Electrical Connection

New Connection Requirements

  1. Comply with the requirements (Proof of Ownership, valid ID, Electrical Plan, Letter of intent, etc.)

  2. Conduct site inspection to be conducted by MalvEZ’s Distribution Engineer.

  3. Hire an Electrician or a Licensed Electrical Engineer to prepare the Standard Metering Setup. The design for the Standard Metering Setup will be provided by MalvEZ's Distribution Engineer.

  4. Secure a Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection (CFEI) from the Local Government Unit (LGU) or from the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) - Office of the Building Official (OBO).

  5. Pay a bill deposit equivalent to your one-month estimated bill amount. The computation will be based on the Applied Load indicated on the Customer’s Electrical Plan.

  6. Signing of the Electric Service Agreement.

  7. After the completion of payment and the signing of the Electric Service Agreement, the meter installation and line energization will be carried out within 4 working days.

  • Special Power of Attorney (if necessary)

  • Proof of Ownership / Lease Contract from:

    • Pueblo De Oro (PDO)
