Subic EnerZone Corporation was incorporated on June 3, 2003
August 5, 2003, the company was registered with the SBMA as a Subic Bay Freeport Enterprise in accordance with Republic Act No. 7227, otherwise known as the Bases Conversion and Development Act.
Subic EnerZone started commercial operations on October 25, 2003
The company transferred to its new administration building located at the corner of Canal Road and Labitan St. on October 15, 2005 from its old office at the SBMA-owned Building 502 along Dewey Avenue. Now in the heart of the Central Business District
MEZ & BEZ was incorporated in January 2007 when AboitizLand spun off the power distribution system of its MEPZ II project
